Welcome to our community event space! We are delighted to offer this facility for your special events, gatherings, and agricultural educational activities. Our space is designed to bring people together and foster a deeper connection with local farming and community. Our goal is to keep rental fees affordable for the community, while ensuring that our space remains a safe and welcoming place for all. We ask that you use the space with care and respect, and adhere to the following guidelines to make your event enjoyable and smooth.

General Rental Guidelines
1. Responsibility and Liability
As the renter, you agree to take full responsibility for your event and all guests in attendance. You will be held liable for any damages or incidents that occur during your rental.
2. Event Capacity
- Indoor Events: Maximum capacity is 75 people.
- Outdoor Events: We can accommodate up to 200 people, but please give at least one month’s advance notice for outdoor events.
3. Event Type
This venue is available for agricultural educational events only. Your event should be related to farming, food, fiber, flowers, or other agricultural topics.
4. Hours of Operation
Events may be held between 7 AM and 10 PM, which includes time for setup and cleanup. Please ensure your event concludes by 10 PM.
