Our kitchens are the beating heart of our expansive 10,000 square foot facility located in Ann Arbor Township.

Alongside our kitchens, you’ll find two loading docks, a warehouse, coolers, freezers, and an attached event space—creating a versatile environment for culinary endeavors and community gatherings.

For frequent and regular clients seeking convenience and flexibility, we offer lockable dry storage and spacious temperature-controlled storage areas, available for a monthly fee.If you’re a licensed operator interested in becoming a Food Hub tenant, please submit the form below to provide us with insight into your business and how we can best support your needs.

Rental Space

Please note, we’re not your typical kitchen. Our tenants prioritize locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and community values.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for their generous support through the 2012 Regional Food Systems Grant program, which played a vital role in establishing these culinary spaces.

Rate –  $30/hr: 6am-6pm &

Nestled at 4175 Whitmore Lake Road, just north of Ann Arbor, our facility offers easy access from downtown and the University of Michigan’s central and north campuses. Major highways US-23 and M-14 are just minutes away, providing convenient routes to the surrounding area and Michigan’s southeastern region.

Ample parking is available on-site for multiple users, ensuring hassle-free visits. To add to the serene atmosphere, our grounds feature a tranquil three-acre pond on the south side—an ideal spot for relaxation and reflection.
