Our kitchens are the beating heart of our expansive 10,000 square foot facility located in Ann Arbor Township.
Alongside our kitchens, you’ll find two loading docks, a warehouse, coolers, freezers, and an attached event space—creating a versatile environment for culinary endeavors and community gatherings.

- Dry Storage (for long-term tenants) – $90/mo
Dish Room & Clean Up
Each kitchen area has access to a 300 sqft. Common dish washing room. The area includes a 16′ dish line with spray arms and a Hobart automatic dish machine compatible washing full sheet trays and pots up to 17″ in height.
You provide:
- Smallwares – anything you’ll need to get the job done that is not listed above
- Testing strips
- Date marking materials
- Hand towels, aprons, gloves, etc.
- Sanitizer
